Slope Surface Preparation:
Remove weeds, tree roots, loose stones, and other debris. Fill and level any uneven areas or depressions to ensure a smooth slope surface.
Excavation of Anchor Trenches:
Excavate anchoring trenches along the top and bottom of the slope to secure the 3D Geomat firmly.
Laying the Geomat:
Unroll the 3D Geomat from the top of the slope downward. Ensure that the material is in close contact with the slope surface without any gaps or suspended areas.
Overlap Installation:
For longitudinal overlaps, place the upper layer of Geomat over the lower layer. Ensure sufficient overlap between adjacent sheets in the transverse direction.
Anchoring and Fixing:
Secure the 3D Geomat using U-shaped staples. Increase the fixing density in the top and bottom anchor trenches, along the slope surface at specified intervals, and at all overlap areas.
Soil Covering:
Spread soil evenly over the Geomat manually, ensuring that the soil completely fills the mesh openings and no part of the mesh remains exposed.
Seed Application:
Apply grass seeds through hydroseeding or manual broadcasting methods to promote vegetation growth.
Protective Covering:
Install non-woven fabric or straw mats over the seeded area to protect seeds and maintain moisture.
Maintenance:
Water regularly to keep the soil moist. Promptly reseed any areas where vegetation fails to establish.
Inspection and Acceptance:
Remove the protective covering after the vegetation coverage rate reaches the required standard
